Tarnhill is like a HELL place to live

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I was at Tarnhill 5200 W 102nd St. apt. for 3 and half years and here is my experience:
-Management is RUDE and DUMB
-Noisy (you hear phone ring from next apt)
-Absolute NO assistant/favor from Management
-Raise rent all on a sudden
-Water bill paid separately
-Still got water bill (after expiring lease)
-Late response to repair/fix problem
-Bad SMELL/dirty on the hallway
