alright, me and chippewa lived there during the summer and Tarnhill is a nice place. I have live in MN, MI and NJ and I know apartments. For the money Tarnhill comes with great amenities and garage parking. Come out to NJ and try to find garage parking for a 1 bedroom and you'll pay $1500 easily.

Staff is pretty decent. Construction is decent. Maintenance could be better. It took 3 trips to fix our AC and they would not replace a unit that was clearly 10 years old. The grounds are very nice. Two pools come on people what do you want'

Bloomington is not a cheap place to live because of the location and the fact that it is one of the best cities in Minnesota. Loved that city. I love the metro area and believe me, if you can stand the cold winters you will not find an overall better place to live in this great country of ours. The east coast is full of illegals and -------s.

I would live in Tarnhill again. Make sure and get a rental agent to help you out witht the rate. You'll get a better deal.

P.S. don't be afraid to get to know your neighbors. I met my long-time girlfriend there (she was next door).
