I currently live at Tarnhill and have found that there is a serious lack of responsibilty from the managment. When there are concers about the indivigual apartment or the building it's self no one seems to do anything about it. There attitude twords there renters is poor when any complaits or suggestions are made. It may be a decent place for the money but are the headachs worth it, you have to ask yourself.
