I would not recommend Tarnhill. Management company does not care about their tenants once they have gotten you to sign their lease. Frequently promise to check into things or fix things, but never actually get the job done. Maintenance team is irresponsible. Will enter apartment without calling the tenant, first, for permission. Also will leave the parking garage open for hours on end without being anywhere near it, which completely defeats the purpose of secured entry. Have dealt with problems getting hot water, as well. On the positive side: Nice pool and clubhouse area. Plenty of square footage for a 1-bedroom.
