I used to live in TurnHell (official name TurnHill)for appx 2 yrs and I've terrible experience with them. First, the people of apt. office. They are RUDE and NON-Cooperative with any issues (like fixing kitchen cabinet or glass or toilet etc). I remember I asked them to give me apt key a day before 1st DAY of month (the month I suppose to move-in)BUT they were asking me to give rent for A DAY even though I'd have moved on 2nd day of month b/c I had day long class on 1st DAY. Then I told them I'd move on 2nd Day of month, 'Could you Please, return my rent for a day'". All I wanted the Apt. KEY a day BEFORE the month starts and they did not provide me that. Therefore, I drove back appx 30 miles again just to get my apt. KEY with the price of my CLASS.

Secondly, TarHell (TurnHill) charge for WATER each month and they continue CHARGING water BILL EVEN after your lease is expired. I had a hard time to STOP that & everytime I called apt. office they pass it to 3rd Party to handle this issue.

Thirdly, Doing Laundary is expensive & it's crowded most of the time.

There are MANY other issues with Turn Hell Apt. and PLEASE, think TWICE before you decide to move down there.
