- High hikes in rent at the lease renewal
- Rude Staff (only good while signing the lease)
- Shower sucks
- Waterflow has gone down half due to recent plumbing update. ( seems like they've installed a low capacity water valve)
- Charges $50 for using party room, while other apts give for free ( that too shiddy sofa chairs with big old fat TV
- Old gym equipments
- Apt Cleaning is minimized during winter, gets shined during summer
- Parking is not clean
- Expensive Laundry/Not effective driers
Pros:
Good location
Good Neighborhood
Good ventilation depending up on the apt location

I just wanted to say that i have met the two new guys in the office and they seem like they are here for good. and that they will definetly make sure things are getting done now and i belive that they will. I have seen a improvement already small but they walked into a nightmare and unfortanitlly it will take some time. but i think they will get it done
