I had the unfortunate experience of living here for six months. The first day I moved in, the apartment was filthy - and they refused to do anything about it. I told the staff at the walk through all of the things that needed fixing. NEVER DID THEY FIX ANYTHING!!!! You have to pay for water - which amounts to quite a bit - and then you walk out to the parking garage to see the water leaking through all the pipes. Isn't it great to pay for water that is being wasted this way' The intercom to let guests in never worked, and they never fixed that either. They came in to install new water faucets - WOW - then there was no water pressure. One of two washing machines in the building DID NOT work for over 2 months. Imagine trying to wash clothes with only one washing machine for all those apartments! The best part was how they STOLE MY MONEY when they gave me back $14 out of a $300 deposit. Remember, that when I moved in, the apartment was filthy. I spent hours and hours cleaning up other people's messes, and then they charged me to clean and all the other miscellaneous expenses. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE - THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE.
