I think it depends on which building you live in. Some buildings are better kept than others, so you get what you pay for. Some apartments are updated and some are not. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool which is nice for year-round swimming. There are lots of families around as well as young adults.

So which buildings are good? We have looked at this complex and are trying to decide if we want to move.

I think 5200 seems the best with 5240 being the worst.

Did you say the pool to swim in all year round? Well I tried to but every time I would go attempt it either some family is actually bathing in it, yes I just said bathing....or on the bottom and sides you can see the dirt marks left behind from people.....seriously dirty pool!
