If the only thing being rated was the quality of the units, I would say this is a decent place, but it is more than that. One problem, it requires making contact with management several times to get problems fixed. Also, security is poor, they require you to have bike in parking garage and do not allow it on your balcony. I had parts of my bike stolen and several times all the bikes on the rack had tires intentionally flattened. In the winter when the parking lot is plowed, they threaten to tow cars in the way, but I haven't ever seen it happens, so the parking lot is filled with several spaces covered in snow. The hallways and stairways are not cooled during the summer, getting well over 90 degrees. Rules are not enforced, many unruly children breaking weight room equipment,and even after reporting which children did it, no action was taken. I like my apartment unit, but the preceding and several other reasons make this a poor place to choose to live.
