Tarnhill was the worst place I have ever lived at. Management is horrible and the maintenance men use every short cut they can to mask problems. The temperature is never controlled in the hallways. In the winter your apt will either be freezing cold or a sauna. Even the maintenance men told me that the thermostats don't work because they are so old. The manager is never in on Friday which is the dumbest thing i've ever heard. People are always loud and obnoxious. Fire alarm goes off all the time for people burning food. Garages are dirty and fill up with water when it rains. In the winter the parking lot always gets covered with ice. Worst place EVER!
