Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
When I moved in the staff knew the names of all the people in the complex, and did a wonderful job of making a neighborhood. Maintainence requests were responded to quickly, and the site was clean. Now the clubhouse carpet is water-stained ( 6 months, due to a leak in their plumbing, and they haven't seriously done any maintenance to any of the buildings, which are starting to need it. It's not so bad that we're going to leave early, but until they get it, look elsewhere.
