Under the management of Dennis, issues were resolved promptly and the maintenance was excellent. Internal construction was a bit on the cheap side but the grounds were beautiful (e.g. pond in back with turtles, geese, rabbits, numerous species of birds, etc) and well-maintained. Over our 3 years of residence we encountered a few neighbors that had noisy children, otherwise the tenants were decent. During our residency a new basketball court was added along with a few new walking trails and a resurfaced tennis court. All in all, our experience was enjoyable.
