I have lived here since March and can say that this is my first suburban apartment living experience. Things could not be better living here. The location is great, next door to a grocery store, bank and gas station. The property is quite and well kept. The units are huge and I never hear any of my neighbors, even the ones that have dogs I can't hear. There is plenty of parking and the buildings are always clean. I like that you don't have to walk down a long corridor to get to your unit. I share a floor with only two other units and the only wall that is shared is the bathroom and kitchen wall. The Vaulted ceilings are very nice on the top floors. Another very nice feature is the full size washer and dryer in the unit. No messy gross laundry rooms to deal with. I have not used the pool yet but am looking forward to using it once it gets nicer out. All in all I feel that I am getting a lot for my money here and have no "real" complaints. So many of the people who write comments on this site are half crazy paranoid hermits looking for anything to complain about however it does make for some pretty funny reviews. Oh and by the way I am not a manager or staff person, I think it is hilarious when there are like 10 ratings at 1.0 then all of a sudden a 5.0 and the review defends the staff and management and is all professional, trust me I am speaking from a physical and enviromental living standpoint not a "oh I feel bad that the manager didn't smiled at me today"...
