I moved into Tealwood Apartments int he beginning on October. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff has been very friendly, although somewhat unprofessional, probably due to their age (they're all younger.) The apartments are pretty nice, although the outside does look nicer than the inside. When we first moved in, there was a few spots on the carpet and a few bugs in the corners. Nothing unexpected from any apartment. The apartment is a one bedroom with a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher and a fireplace. Definately the best in home amenities i've come across for such a good price. The grounds are very nice and quiet. I live right next to a pond that is nice to walk around and look at the ducks. it's a great change from seeing all concrete in the Downtowns. The biggest problem i've had there so far is the fact that one of our locks is broken, so one of our doors doesn't lock. I don't really like all the kids that are around. It's cute that they play neighborhood games and everything, but not having any kids, i don't always think about kids, so when they play in the street, it's sometimes suprising.
Having Lunds, Famous Dave's, Haskell's, and Perkins all within walking distance has been awesome. I never have to go hungry. even when i'm feeling really lazy...
I really do enjoy living here, It could be better, but I have yet to see a place that couldn't.
