although these apartments have nice amenities, they are under-maintained and overpriced. The past 9 months the apartment unit cleaners are not to be found, and when they do work and clean they do a poor job, management seems to be trying to fix this however. This fix seems to be do to the fact that they have recently hired someone that actully cares and does there job, the hallways and overall cleanliness seem to be alot better(since feb. of 2008). The carpets are in horrible shape and all appliances are from the early 80's. They have some Questionable and sometimes shady people moving in these apartments. A lot of lower income tenents. These apartments used to be the toast of West Bloomington, but now just overpriced dumps. There is still hope to change the image' I think they are trying to improve these problems, since new management has been hired in the last 9-6 months.
