I have lived at Tealwood since 2007. While the complex looks nice at first glance, there are many underlaying problems. 1. Noise - alot of tenants have loud parties on their patios, even during the week. Because of their low rent program some tenants are shady. 2. Maintenance - The hallway hasn't been cleaned in months, and the underground garage is a disaster. People just leave their garbage wherever and no one picks it up. There is constantly garbage outside my patio. 3. Staff - they state that they have office hours from 9-6, but I have often gone there between 5-6 pm and no one is there - same thing on the weekends. They have deposited my rent check on many occasions, only to not record it in the file - resulting in me getting notices and requests to get canceled checks from the bank. 4. The pool is always crowded - often with people that don't live there, they smoke, drink and play loud music. 5. Kids - if you don't like kids stay away. Mostly teenagers who run around in packs doing nothing.

As for the apartment, it is a decent amount of space for what you pay for. They could use updating...and I will be moving out this fall.
