its a great place new manager sucks, lots of noise parties in summer. feel like its over priced but you do get a washer and dryer and fireplace, the bathroom is small and the floor plan is tough to deal with furniture. over all I love this place, they dont care what kind of dog you have or how many which is nice. one thing though is a member of the maintence is always drunk, he hangs out with a lot of the tenants.

They used to have a drunk maintenance guy come around to fix things when I lived there yrs ago...wonder if it's the same guy. Complained to mgmt about him and they didn't seem to care if he drank on the job.

I know what guy you are talking about he is no longer with the company and LOTS of changes have happened with the staff which has turned around 110% for the better.
