The apartment itself is okay. One thing to note, the buildings are old. You walk in the entry way and there are holes in the wall, and the paint is chipped....it looks really shabby. The halls are embarrassing....dirty walls, rotten carpet.

My fridge died and I had a new one by the next day so the service is good, but I just can't stand the rotten hallways.

The apartment itself is kept up okay. There was a leak in the floor in the hall and they ripped it up and it's been sitting there with a hole in the floor with caution tape everywhere for MONTHS now and no one has bothered to fix it. A big pile of dirt inside around the corner. Not very attractive.

If you want a place that looks nice, don't live here. It's not worth the price. I have a garage stall and it leaks when it rains. It defeats the purpose of having one. I think they all leak.
