Do not move here unless you want some headaches. So much to cover, so little time. Your neighbors are VERY rude and disrespectful(they let anybody live here, let your imagination go wild). They play loud music, they bang doors, they run up and down the halls. People have dogs running around the halls and barking, sometimes I don't even see the owners.
If they would weed out the bad ones, and maybe do background checks, they could clean out the horrible people that live here, and change this place around. That would require work though.
They are spending tons of money to improve their clubhouse when it could be spent on repainting the nasty walls and the very disgusting stained carpeting, putting lighting outside (its dark, peoples cars get busted into all the time). The unit I'm in is ok, but the rest of the building is disgusting. Management does NOT care for you. It took them days to return my call after I called many times daily BEFORE I even rented, how stupid was I to even rent here' They are rude and will give you the run around when you need something. (when you ask they show little concern)
Broken glass(beer bottles) are always in the parking lots, so be careful!! When you report it to management, it never gets cleaned, and they could care less!!! The storage lockers are trashed, people break into them, and some storage room doorknobs are busted and people cant get in!!!! Management knows this and months and months and months they have done nothing to fix it. Hallways have leaking ceilings. This place is a joke, and I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere. Perhaps complain to the State Attorney General. Bathtub fixtures make high pitched squeak when you use them, and if your neighbors run their water, your water will either turn freezing cold, or so hot it'll burn you. Don't forget the many types of bugs inside your unit. DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ANY COST. speaking of cost, way too expensive for what you get. Dont bring kids here, residents drive 60 mph through the lots as well. Last but not least, they are so desperate to get people to live in this dump, they are offering a cheap big screen TV drawing for new residents...hopefully they will go out of business. Keep looking here for more, honest, updates!

I am a current resident. It's been almost two years since this review was written and nothing has changed. I wish I would have seen this website prior to moving in.
