My lease is up in two months and I am out. There is so much noise here its unbearable. The management is a joke. I am scared shitless to walk outside in this area at night alone being a girl. I have seen a man get his faced kicked in by five guys over a bike and a little cash near the tennis court. My tire was slashed when I first moved in and at the time I did not know anyone around here. Cars are constantly broke into. The building is constantly broke into and trashed. Rapes, knife fights. At night even the hallways are scary. Every time I go to the pool I see something in the hallway on the way there that is smashed, some kinda light or exit sign. The pools are nasty. The hot tub smells like sweaty nuts. They will let anyone and everyone rent here. There are no cameras whatsoever. Barely any lighting in the parking lots. Half the time you can smell people smoking pot...from the parking lot! The smells around here get so horrid. They fire alarms tend to go off for stupid reasons. Did I mention the mice' I live on the 3rd floor and I get mice'!' The elevators are disgusting and ghetto. You can maybe fit three people in them. There is little parking except in the back of the property but that is so far from my apartment. Especially if I am carrying stuff in. Before I moved in they had painters come in and paint everything white. Well it was just not the walls. There is paint on the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom, the tiles in the bathroom, the mirror in the bathroom, in the carpet, on the floor, in the bathtub, basically they spilled and got paint on everything there was to get paint on. And I can still tell that hte person before me painted the bathroom walls yellow. They do a cheap, low class job at everything. Overall, its a horribly maintained facility with poor management and uncontrollable tenants.
