This is the all time worst place ever.1st of all we were promised a apt. on the 3rd floor in the good building and instead got a totally different apt. with a ghetto Austin Powers fireplace. Then they moved us into a different apt. Did not give us a deal or anything. Maintence actually told us that there was no maintenance done on our apt. When we asked for things to be done they did replace the carpet with pergo flooring but they did not repaint nor replace any appliances or do any thing. We had a leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom and they said that it was from the roof and they can't do anything. We had mice. I mean lots of them. Our neighbors were drug dealers and were constantly blaring music and smoking pot. I saw a drug deal happen atleast once a week or else I overheard one going on. There was a stabbing the first month I was there and I asked a cop how bad the apt was and he said it was horrible and to move out ASAP. There was also a stabbing in the parking lot over some stupid bike...a rape of a girl..the list goes on. I should have known when one night I was taking my garbage out and this older guy came up to me and I started to get creeped out and he said "Sorry if I am freaking you out it's just that your a young girl and I know what happens here" Um Ya. It is ghetto. Not to mention after a car break in I went down to management and asked for my garage and they said no and I told them it was unsafe and told them to put lights in and they said they were out of budget but then they remodeled the tv room and put a new big plasma in. Ya. It also smells like hot cat food every where you go in that dingy place.
Village Park is right for you if:
-You like to sleep with mice
-You like hearing cop sirens almost everynight
-You like holding mace everywhere you go
-You enjoy being paranoid of a robbery or drug deal
-You want a environment filled with drug dealers, illegals, dope phenes, ------ maintence
-If you like catching gross infections from sauna, spa, pool
---ALSO they make the community room look real good...this is where they actually put money into and work into...don't be doooped!!

DO NOT RENT THERE!!!! YOU AHVE TO PAY WATER TOO--BAD GROSS WATER
