I don't even know where to start. The people in the office are retarded. When you call with a concern they say yes it will get done but nothing ever happens. I have lived here almost a year and we have had squirrels take up residence in our walls (maintence said they were aware of this problem all over the building but nothing has been done), our refrig broke and it took 4 days to get a new one, we had no hot water in the winter time for 2 days and you have to pay for your water, people who have dogs and children let them run loose all day and night with out any supervison,the unit itself has the nastiest carpet, they 'remodeled' the hallways ie changed the carpet and partially repainted the walls, the hot tub and sauna are always broken, the indoor pool is freezing and usually has trash floating in it, the floor around the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was put in, the was poop in the outdoor pool the one time I went out there, and I now have silverfish in my apartment because they are cleaning the unit below us after some very dirty people moved out. Don't waste your time even coming to look they dupe you with their pretty clubhouse and mock model units. We didn't get to see the unit we moved into until the day we signed our lease. This place is a craphole and they keep updating their clubhouse but really all they did was remodel the already nice office area where residents don't hang out anyway. They call them luxury and charge an arm and leg for them and it's all just a bunch of cheap crap!
