There were both good and bad at this apartment complex. The good were: There was a pool inside and and hot tub (however it was out of order most of the time), towards the end of our stay the staff began to have activities that were actually fun to go to. We could have pets! The location of our apartment was nice and maintance was very good about fixing things as they broke. They are updating a lot of the appliances which is nice to bad the carpet wasn't replaced. It is horrible looking from the get go!

Now to the bad: On many occasions the laundry machines were out of order or were broken. Thus making it very difficult to do your laundry! Many times dogs are without leashes and are not the type of dog to be loose seeing that they don't get along with other dogs/people. (Suggestion to the complex: please put more trash cans outside and signs stating dogs must be leashed and to pick up after your dog! ) People are very friendly however you have a few that are not, as usual in apartments. We were told by Pizza Hut that a pizza delivery guy was mugged and almost strangled to death at the apartments a couple weeks ago, they wouldn't deliver to us unless we went outside to get our pizza. So that made me even more on guard. There are hardly enough lights around the complex, especially in the courtyard that work. Night time walking the dog is very nerve recking in the dark.

As i said it's an apartment complex that is old, there are good and bads, but mostly i found it to be unsafe as we ended our stay. I am glad that we have moved but would not reccommend this apartment.
