I applied to rent an apartment, paying my application fee and deposit. My application was processed with the management knowing I was unemployed, but they wanted to process it anyway. Luke initially told me that I was disapproved and would need a co-signer to rent. My parents agreed to co-sign and waited for an application to be faxed to them for signing. They waited 2 days and never received one to fill out. In the meantime I left several messages for "Luke" that I was no longer interested in renting especially after reading the reviews on this site. My calls were never returned and now my deposit of $50.00 is being denied, as they state 72 hrs had passed from the time I filled out the application until they were notified, which is a straight-out LIE.

I would strongly recommend that any potential renter look elsewhere to rent as this is a good indication what the unethical management practices REALLY ARE!

you're lucky as hell! I'm stuck in this hellhole until maybe next year, but what they don't know that I have a Police report for all the calls made out there, & they are serious! I hate it here. The mngmt. is a joke! .

i would have been HAPPY to have only lost $50.00! that place was a HELLHOLE! someone was murdered there RIGHT before i moved in! no one told me that! this is a horrible filthy nasty place!
