Ever heard of cluster flies' Me either. Until I moved into this place. A cluster fly is a huge black floating ball that I had every day for over four months. I complained and complained and they would send a useless exterminator who would spray around the apartment. The flies would reappear about two or three days later. It seems cluster flies live in the walls. So spraying around the apartment did no good. There was a huge hole on the exterior wall next to the balcony where a dead squirrel must have been. The management knew about the flies and the hole and it took over four months for the problem to be fixed. We had obscenties sprayed on the elevator for over a month and the management didn't removed it because they were waiting for "special paint." Finally, after a month, they painted the elevator door black. My neighbor across the hall had mice which she complained about and still had when I moved out. There are better apartments out there. Avoid this place or you'll be sorry.
