To whom it may concern:
First I want to thank God for leading me to such a wonderful area near the MOA amd the great apartment unit that I live in for almost two years. I want to let you know that the Managers hear are so awesome and supportive to all of my needs and concerns. I love the fact that is is very quiet during my study time and also all the activities they put together for all the diverse families that live hear at the Village green apartment. I hope that we can continue to work together and also implement a ideas mailbox for future suggestion.

I agree, they have been doing alot to keep the apartments and the complex in good condition. I don't understand why most have the complex rated so low because, trust me, I used to live with roaches and rats, there are NONE here.

There are, in fact, rats in that building. Maybe not in your specific unit, but in the one I lived in I caught 7...yes, SEVEN, in one winter season. And the "exterminator" they called to take care of it did NOTHING. He gave me some glue traps...that's about it.

I have lived hear only a few months and I have the following complaints... 1) Mice--They are here and the glue traps are not much help. 2) Hallway Odor--The hallways frequently have a very strong foul odor. 3) Frozen Pipes--The pipes freeze up and you end up with no heat until they can fix them. 4) Whirlpool--The whirlpool does not work half the time due to repeated repairs. 5) Snow Plowing--Very infrequent and you will need a suspension on your vehicle when the winter is over due to driving on very icy roads around the building. No consistency. 6) Water Leaks--Several throughout the building that have not been properly repaired. Carpet is also wet and has not been replaced.

I talked to the and they explained what was going on and it seems like everything is fixed now with the heat. Yeah!

I think it is hilarious that management needs to post a favorable review every couple of months or so! ANYONE who lives here knows what a complete -------- it is. I was having a conversaiton with a coworker of mine who was telling me about a friend of hers that does maintenance for an apartment complex blah blah blah. She went on to expound on how horribly run-down it is and how repairs aren't approved; how they literally rig things for appearance. I asked her what complex...she said, Village Park. She didn't know that I live there...so that was a bit of a qualifier. It's not just me! So now, our roof is just straight up leaking. Apparently, it's not an emergency. My couch is ruined. My GOD is there any -------- way to get out of this lease? My regret could fill an ocean.

Oh no no no no no no NO! I know this is comment has STAFF written ALL OVER IT. WOW WOW WOW can you just please focus on the real issue at this place which is PEST CONTROL. I lived here for one year and it was really icky. I am by no means a prissy queen but I do expect clenlinesss and respect from a bizz that I pay 800 a month to. GET OFFLINE NOW KIDDOS AT VP AND GO BACK TO WORK, YOU KNOW WORK IS THAT THING WHERE YOU DO STUFF THAT TAKES EFFORT AND THEN YOU GET PAID FOR IT REMEMBER.

Yep blow hole manegement posting. We have mice all the time. Friend had a temp. parking pass in car on front seat so towing company towed the car. $180 to get it out. He saw them called company and said pass was on the pax seat can not turn driver around you will have to get next day. Pass is to be on upper driver side or rear view mirror. Oh and what are they doing about the tire slashing that has gone on for 3 weeks at least.
