There is never parking spots for guests!!they hide signs for tow-away zone in bushes and then TAKE YOUR CAR!!!that's how they make money(not from residents' rent....)they will leave your guests on the street in the middle of the night, charge $500, put you to the point that you almost lose your job(because you can not pick up your car-their "buddies" from tow-away company work 2 hours a day,so you might be REALLY lucky to get it easy way!!)
In one word,they SUCK!!
some good news: Karma is bitching -they will get what they deserve!!!!

Hey, just have to respond that his post is incorrect: the towing is only $200, and it's when your car is parked illegally. I parked in spaces, and had passes for my guests and never had a problem. And I don't think the management company makes any money off it, either...be sure to check your info before you bash.

It is your own fault you got towed you dumbass...read the signs that are NOT hidden and read your SIGNED lease and you would know the rules.

I wouldn't doubt this place would get some perks from all the tows. I'm sure they have some contractual agreement with the tow company and get some percentage off of it...why else would they be ----'s about it? Why all the flipping rules when they have an enormous parking lot in the back? Granted you better bring your mace with you if you have to park there.

The first two anons need to STFU. I lived here for two years, was a faithful tenant, and my car was towed after being on vacation for 5 DAYS! And no, I wasn't parked illegally. The apartment manager at the time didn't even know what happened to my car. She only gave me the name of the towing co. and I had to call to find out they had taken it because "it hadn't moved all week". I was outraged. The office had my number and my vehicle info, they could have called to make sure I was alright. If I had been passed or had an emergency that put me in the ER would they have just towed it??! Horrible, horrible experience.
