Seemed like a pretty sweet deal at first. The apartments are nice (spacious, and ours had brand new carpet). But the main points on here are true...
1) Their parking policy is ridiculous and unreasonable. It's a nightmare for anyone who can't make their plans before 5pm.
2) Office hours are inconvenient for anyone who works a real job. So I can't get there to talk about problems or even get my disposable parking permit 4 times a week for my different guests.
3) Mice. It's true. We've had 3 mice. Ick
4) Pet policy not enforced. Our neighbors have 4 chihuahuas. 4! and they bark nonstop, 24 hours a day. We complained tot he management (they are only allowed two pets) and nothing.

Other than that, I don't have major complaints. But those things are major issues for me.

Very honest review. The pet policy is a joke. They dont' enforce it and claim that all the big dogs are grandfathered in. I was almost attacked by a pitbull. Management did nothing. Recently The Property Stated that all units are going to be verifyed for verification of pets and occupants. They so far have completed 20. So, I guess those that need that 24 hour notice will be saved from non compliance of your lease. Oh and in case those that are potential residents be aware they WILL BE INCREASING YOUR RENT YEAR AFTER YEAR BY AT LEAST 5%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know of any place that would do this. Oh and if you wwant to be warm in the winter, good luck:) It's just a broiler issue but it just gets a band aid and a quick fix and it's back but not for very long. I just would NOT recommend this place to anyone that cares about the place they live. Good luck.....RESIDENT
