It will be safe for you to live in a shelter. They take about 10 minutes showing you the club house and 5 minutes the backyard and 1 minute the inside of the apartment. Very friendly but once you moved in you are not important to them. They don t care about what you complain. There are lots of issues there. Drunken people pee, vomits all over the hallways. Hot tub never works, laundry rooms in used all the time and one of a dyer and a washer don t work on every floor. Loud music and the apartments infected with mice, smells horrible and your car will get tow at your cost.

I have lived here a year and I have never had any problems like this. I do laundry whenever I try, hot tub is awsome, and I live on the first floor and have no problems with noise, or towing. You probably pay rent late too!
