NOT a LIFE of LUXURY!

This is the worst place in the world to live. I have lived here for about 3 years and am happy as HELL to be moving! When I first moved in it seemed ok. I wasn't there a lot and worked overnights so I would say the 1st year or so was ok simply because I was never there. (However, at night the outside of the building is very poorly light.) What sucked the most though was almost every morning when I got home from a 12 hour shift some ------- would decide to pull the alarm. If there ever was a fire here no one would ever believe it! I then switched to the day shift...I must say you see and learn A LOT when you are actually home. There's a lack of parking space unless you get home early. Also, they do a very poor job with snow removal and it is actually more of a nuciance than beneficial. They tell you to move your cars by 8 am or they will be towed, not the case. There are plenty of cars left scattered in the lot that have never been moved. On top of that the plowing company does a terrible job with snow removal if that's what you want to call it. Most days I can barely tell they plowed. Other DAILY problems are....loud music from your neighbors, kids running through the hall making tons of noise and disrespectful drunk college kids coming back in the middle of the night loud as HELL they will seriously wake you up from a sound sleep. To bad if you have to work in the morning or have kids, they don't care. Then there is the newest office manager and there have been many. If you like a manager that has no people skills, lacks consistancy and is a **** ------ ----- is your leasing manager. If you prefer to be treated with respect and live somewhere where you feel that they appreciate your business then you don't want to live here. It's so bad her staff talks about her. Reading the other reviews, I do agree with what they have to say. They do try to sell you on the amenities here such as the club house, pools, weight room, location, light rail, bus line etc. and they do only show you the best parts of the building. There has been a hole in the ceiling with water dripping from it with a 5 gallon bucket under it for at least 2 weeks in our hallway. I have provided you with a picture just so you know I'm not kidding. Rent here also is way over priced. You can honestly find a lot of other places that cost less, are larger and nicer if you look around. I suggest taking the time to do that since every year they raise your rent and don't give you any upgrades for your money. I hope you find this review helpful and do not fall for the "luxurious" apartment complex they try to sell you on. Learn from my mistake to avoid making your own!
