So where to start. I have lived here now for 10 months and didn't think twice about resigning my lease. I read all the dive reviews from other tenants but I haven't had those issues. My problems were fixed immediatley when they were urgent like heat during the winter was fixed in less than 12 hours. I have had no problems with pests in my unit, or issues with maintenance. Everything was fixed the first time and in a timely manner. The office staff has been helpfull to meet my families need and I alawys get calls back that day. Even when we needed new locks on our door they were changed in less than 24 hours. We have recently found out we are expecting and were able to put a crib in our room and still have lots of space to move around and leave the guest room open.

...yet another post from the manager. You'd think that they'd spend less time trying (and failing miserably) to contradict what hundreds of former and current tenants say, and instead just TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPLEX!! Seriously...horrible management.

Wow, actaully instead of complaining about were you live spend your time finding somewhere else to live. We all know this place is not perfect I saw the cops twice last week and have friends on the fire department that tell me other issues. Lets get real though what is all the complaining going to fix but create another headache. I have lived at other properites where I have paid more and dealt with much more issues.
