Poor choice

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I definitely do not recommend this complex. At times noise has been a SERIOUS problem. The management will send a letter but the resident must call the police to get any help late at night to get the noise lowered (usually loud music). The most recent office staff are good folks (written in October 2002) however the overall quality of this complex lowered substantially when the current owners took control.
