These apartments are an awful place to live! There is crime, vandalism and a poor management staff! There is no consideration for the renter! Their only care is money! The rent is outrageous for these things that they call apartments! If location is your biggest concern i would recommend taking a look at any other place around here! There is only 10-15 visitor parking spots (which residents can park in freely)! Any where else you park you will be toed! You can hear everything that happens in the hallway! My child gets woken up at least twice a night! They told me when i moved in that only small dogs and cats were welcome! I can name at least 5 dogs that live here that hit the 50 pound range and above! There are a couple of people on the staff that have been very friendly, but the others are a total waste of time! The swimming pools are used by everyone that lives in all of the surrounding apt complexes! The children's playground is often filled graffiti, litter, cig butts, dog feces, and so on! There is constant construction without any improvements! Also the fire alarm gets pulled frequently by poor parented kids! I hope you will take me serious and look for somewhere else to live! Late fees: $15 a day per day after the third! Only money orders after the seventh! Important notices (such as eviction prefilings for $100) are "supposedly" rolled up and placed between your door and and the wall! Enough said! I WILL NOT BE RESIGNING!

If you have more than a couple months left on your lease, contact homelinemn . org for information about renter's rights. Also, call the city inspector and have them come view your concerns.

That sure is a lot of complaining by someone that pays rent so late and knows all the late fees!
