Overall I Like it Here - I'm in my third apartment here, and so far so good. Office staff is always friendly, and any maintenance problems are fixed right away, or if they are not they will tell you how long it will take (the springs in my washer broke a couple years ago and they let me use one in a vacant apartment until it was replaced!) Terrible management The management does nothing if you make a complaint about a problem. They greet you with a smile and tell you that they will take care of it and then never do. I have complained about problems with noise from our neighbors for 7 months and nothing has ever changed.

I hate this place This place is NOT well taken care of. The gyy is poorly maintained, The Jcuzzi NEVER works, The pool indoor is always closed and has centipeeds in it, the pool outdoor is barely open and is filled with leaves or bugs and the hallways are filled with shady people.

I'd recommend it I used to live at this place for 6 months before being transferred out of state. The apartment was good sized and the maintenance guys always fixed everything I needed to be taken care of. The clubhouse was awesome! My friends and I used it every night. All of my neighbors
