Lived here just over a year ago A very descent place, had its negatives but what apartment doesnt. Maint was good, but he hadnt had major problem most complaints were fixed right away. It is a old complex, so the floors do crack a lot. Also with it being so old stereos can seem very loud in the apartment next to you. One specific complaint I went to the neighbor and I realized myself that their stereo wasnt that loud but the bass had echoed throgh the walls and floor and magnified it in my apartment. Our car was broken into once most likely kids during spring break, the only thing I had wished is that mgmt had posted a lookout advisory to let people know cars were being broken into, but they didnt. Mgmt was very flexible with our lease since we were moving out of state. For the area it is it is a good apartment.
