After living here since 2000 just wanted to say this is a great place to live with quicl access to the freeways etc.

Hello? How stupid do you think people are? All of your good reviews have been written by the same user name, Regalbeagle. This is someone who obviously works for Melrose Gates. Maybe you should spend less time on here, and try to actually fix that horrible property you're managing.
