I've read several posts and replies about this property and I just wanted to throw in my two cents. Like many of the larger complexes that I have lived in there are a few times that a maintenance issue has taken a little longer than expected to get done but it always gets done and done right. I have always found the office staff to be helpful when it comes to an occaional delay in rent payment or help in locating a package in the many that arrive during the holiday season. The amount i pay for rent is very good considering the pool (that can be used all year round) and the sauna! I've never had a problem with finding a parkign space near my building, even when I come home from a late shift.
