Latest: Cant wait to get out. Exposed carpet tack strips in hallway and stairs. No notification whatsoever. Stepped on one need shot cant get in touch with anyone. What a great place. State and city complant to follow. Melrose Gates, next stop section 8.
Generally: Drug deals in the parking lot, the dealers flick you off if you watch. Got attacked in the parking lot last Christmas Eve (2006). Noisy as hell. Staff is completely incompetant to any issue you have. Laundry room is in a constant state of disrepair. Dirty, unsafe, stressful. Cockroaches are a nice touch.
I've lived in a lot of complexes in a few different cities, and this is by far the worst.
