I've had nothing but problems since I've moved into this complex. Maintenence Doesn't know what they're doing. Nothing is followed up on in the office. There is also a mold problem on the third floor celings. Avoid this headache!

Please note that the pictures do not reflect the permanant status of the halls. You cannot install new carpet without first removing the old and yes, the tack strips to stay in place during the enitre process. Notices are sent to all residents prior to the work begining to be cautious of the tack strips while the new carpet is being installed.

This is a lie, I was livining in this apartment building at the time of the carpet replacement. Tenants had no prior knowledge, just seen the torn up mess when we got home. Then the letter came out days after exposed tacks were out explaining the mess.
