I lived in this complex for the past 3 yrs and it was horrible. The pictures and the descriptions are far from the truth. Here is a quick run down. Parking lot is located behind the large cinema and is always full of non-residents loitering, secuity cameras do not work. Cops are constatly being called out to the parking lots and the aparments. Dirty grounds and upkeep is very lax. Located in a very bad area of town, many problems within the community. I have witnessed multiple drug busts from the balcolny while living here, not a comforting sight considering I have young children!
The communal areas are quite filthy as well. Sidewalks are rarely shoveled and never salted.
The staff is rude and come into apartments UNANNCOUNCED! They seem to have issues with people of differing races and I feel it plays a role in how a tenent is treated.
There is no hot water in the shower, for washing dishes or washing clothes, the walls are thin and the ceilings are leaking moisture, also around the windows.
Other tenents are rude, filthy and disrespectful to the complex not helping with the issues. This is not a good place to rent, especially with children around.
