I have been living here since the begining of last summer and have no complaints. I have a small child and he loves the pool area. My garage is very large and only costs $50 a month. I have a screened in patio on 1st floor, no bugs and safe for a child! I have the hard wood floors, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The price is affordable and maintenance and management are very friendly.
