The price of rent is favorable compared to the Twin Cities metro area as a whole and the layout of the 2 bedroom apartments is nice which includes a window in the kitchen area, washer and dryer in unit, screen porch, a garage with opener, and a storage locker.

However, I would not recommend this place due to seemingly thin walls, floors, and ceilings. The average clientele seems to enjoy rocking their stereos at all times of the day. Even if you do not have the dreaded neighbor who enjoys rocking their stereo, you may still hear their conversations through the wall.

The building seems to have a serious issue with being too hot both in the summer and in the winter. Management states that they turn the heat up in the winter because other residents complain of cold (this may be possible, but 76 degrees seems hot to me).

The general area is known for at least some crime activity, there is an airport and railroad tracks nearby.
