They never once mentioned that we will have to get home owners insurance or we'll get evicted till two months after moving in through a letter place through our door. I find that very sneaky and unprofessional.

Balcony door is drafty and has LOTS of condensation during the cold months.

God Forbid they want yoy to have renters insurance that protects you and your belongings!
