I work for Bitchrakers and they fired me last month saying i wasn't doing my job there it was winter season i had the worst season to be getting all the stuff they wanted done and i also have a bad back for a young man of my age and a Kid that needs me but that didn't matter to them at all just get things done......And Done right away i cleaned as much as i could and it was never enough for them they have a head caretaker there that plays both sides office and caretaker there shouldn't be a head caretaker cause that's just playing favorites....... Now they're all friends and are all a at a age where most of the caretaker don't have jobs out side of it but younger caretakers get the short in of the stick and are treated like anything. If you don't work in the office And had other things out side of Moonraker to take care of..... But that really didn't matter to Mary the property manager it's her way or the highway. Yes!!! you live for free but you clean the property to do so not once did anyone complain to me in my build about how dirty it was no one at all!!.... The tenants i ran into told me i was doing a great job there parking sucked for people who lived there you would have to park at another building to get a space, people smoked in the halls and they smoked weed around the building and property i know i worked there and they really didn't want me to do anything about it they really didn't do anything about it two fires in one year moonraker need all new staffing in the office but not maintenance they do they're jobs there but they don't need a head caretaker there that can't keep her own building clean and other caretakers can't say anything cause she's friend and good friends with Mary the property manager who barely checks her own build but goes by what another caretaker says to her

You mean they wanted to have clean buildings! Thats what a caretaker is for. You have no business taking a job you obviously couldnt handle.
