After renting here for years I am very tired of getting screwed. This is supposed to be a secured building in a secured complex. They have since stopped using the security gates. The doors of the buildings are ALWAYS propped open with wood chips or rocks. Recently a "resident" jerked a door out of my hand when he tried to get into the building without a key. This teenager shoved his way into the building threatening me and the resident of an apartment.

It is supposed to be pet friendly. They are pet friendly to the extent you can have the pets in your apt. You can't be near any sidewalks or grass except the dirt patches around the perimeter. The dog run is in the dark at night to the point you can't see to pick up after your pet. They put the dog receptical 100 feet away.

However, we have a number of friends here, friends that have also been here for quite some time. They care for the facilities well but are always too short on manpower.
