I have been at ridgebrook for years. I was just looking on line for grins tonight and I came across these reviews. This is rediculous. It makes me mad when people are saying these things about this community. It is the best apartments in Brooklyn Park. I get my maintenance done immediately. Of course water is turned off. dah........if it's an emergency, how can they tell us it will be off. Everyone knows about the towing policy. The management is friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty. The grounds are beautiful. I am proud to have people visit me at my home.

The only reason this person didn't check the, "I'm a Manager" button, is because they are either The Manager (that lives onsite), The Maintenance Drunk (that lives onsite), or the Cleaning Lady (that lives onsite). Living at the property doesn't make you any less STAFF, which is a violation of the terms of posting on this site as a tenant. As an employee I would imagine that your problems are resolved by the Maintenance Drunk very quickly. "Towing Policy"? You mean the practice of asking your tenants to wait for their RESERVED spot to open up tomorrow morning, because they're too DRUNK to care about helping you at 10:00PM for your 24 hour a day reserved space? That policy? Perhaps your definition of "above and beyond the call of duty" is different than mine. That usually implies doing work at odd hours despite the inconvenience because you're dedicated to providing a high quality of service. This was never the case when I live there.
