The management at ridgebrook are great, dont get me wrong. The people that live there are lazy and loud. I am happy to say we are not leasing there again!!!

True so very true. We had a large teenage party on the picnic tables in the courtyard at 12:30 a.m. this weekend. They broke bottles on the side of the building and threw cans on the ground. We had a large party with 30 people in a two BR apt and most had been staying there for days! One adult male tried to come in the security door. We confronted him. He said he lived here. When asked his apt. number HE GAVE OUR APARTMENT! The place has really gone downhill in 6 years. We have seen the police on the property several times in the past couple months. We are actively looking for a house or quieter apartment complex.
