Good apartments, great staff - I enjoyed my time at the Groves. The apartments are a nice size and you get a washer and dryer in each unit and a garage is provived as well. Beware of the mandatory home owner's insurance They never once mentioned that we will have to get home owners insurance or we'll get evicted till two months after moving in through a letter place through our door. I find that very sneaky and unprofessional.
