This complex will be reported to the Atty General... They just booted a
lady who is on disability with a child out (in a snow storm) in a day.
This lady was given NO reason but was forced to sign some sort of paper
that she did not receive a copy of and is so confused as to the whole process
of WHY.

She not only found a place by 6 pm this night, found a vehicle AND a neighbor
to help lift her big stuff but to also move it in a snow storm. Mind you
there is NO topper on this truck so ALL her belongings are WET... Last time I
heard they were stuck and hung up on a big rock in the driveway of the new place
cuz of the snow storm.


I have also heard of a few other incidences of poor management but this one
sure has to be taken care of.

It`is unfortunate that the tennants do not realize that the owner is the problem and not the managers. Due to his sloppy bookeeping, I was unable to come to terms with him regarding the rent. The man does not allow you to speak or provide documentation that could prove him wrong. If you will check the tax records on the building you will find the owners name as one name but he signs his court documents as Randi Kaye. I know that one caretaker quit because she/he could not deal with his management styles. On my advise unless this is your last resort don't move here. Or if you do, keep pristine records because one day he will come after you with bogus late fees, court fees, non-payment of rent or anything else he can to suck you dry. And, yes I am to remain anoymous as I have already had my day in court with that man. He will be hearing from my attorneysoon.

Since living here, no problems with management. Winter time has proven a whole other thing. Again no problem with management but owner's upkeep on parking lot during this last winter leaves a lot to be desired. Gets plowed but with sleet/slush parking lot can now be turned into a skating rink without any problems. I'm a senior citizen with bad knees and feet and just trying to get to the garage without falling is a hazard. Have heard of other tenants falling. Is there somewhere or someone we can report this to? My daughter who lives with me in on disability and this also is a danger to her. Does he/she want to wait until someone has an accident before they respond to this? I have not even put my car in the garage, which I pay for, because of the icy conditions in the lot and I'm afraid to walk across. If anyone has any possible solutions to this I'm more than happy to hear about them. I do now they have other properties and are considered a "slum lord".
