Turn and run - If you are looking to move into Nicollet Ridge all I can say is good luck! If something breaks like my AC did in the middle of summer don't expect that it will be fixed at all. Avoid this place - While the unit itself (a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom) was fine, one of my issues was how incredibly discourtious the neighbors are.
